What such individuals do not know is that inheritance is not the only causative factor for hair loss. Other common factors that may lead to the loss of hair include poor diets or general unhealthy lifestyles. Here are some tips that can help you live without always worrying of losing your hair.

With the recent rise in technology, the use of chemicals has really increased. There are all sorts of chemicals in the market today that are aimed at artificially making one look better. There are some that are used for bleaching one’s face while others are aimed at generally upgrading the hair. The flip side is that, these chemicals are said to have serious side effects among them being hair loss. This has been proven by many of the medical elites as the claim that the chemical components are not good for the body. In that case, to avoid any kind of eventuality, the best way to use these chemicals is through the help of a trained certified beauty professional. Using these chemical implements on your own might end up being hazardous. However, with the help of a certified beauty professional, you get to apply the correct amounts that will in no way affect your body.

On the other hand, make sure that you stick to healthy foods. Basically, maintain a balanced diet and keep fit, this will go a long way in ensuring that your hair is healthy and fit. To some this might sounds absurd but it is true. One of the main reasons behind hair loss is unbalanced diets. This is because there are particular food components that help in the growth of hairs. Among them are proteins and certain kinds of fats such as nut fats. However, excessive intake of certain components such as carbohydrates and vitamin A might affect the growth of hair. In that case, generally maintain a balanced diet.  In addition to this, the general health of your body matters a lot. Once you fall ill, the body normally weakens leading to the general sluggishness of the entire body system. In that case, make sure that you take action with immediate effect any time you fall ill. Any sort of delay in times of sickness simply worsens the situation hence slowing down all the activities of the body include the functioning of the hair follicle. Generally speaking, maintaining a good body condition is the best way to prevent hair loss.

For women, the kind of hair style might also lead to hair loss. There are various kinds of hair styles being used today. However, there are some that tend to strain the hair due to excessive pulling. Avoid such styles if you expect to maintain a good hair condition. They tend to loosen the hair gradually and in the end lead to falling off of hair.

Hair loss has been described as one of the main undermining factors of today. This simply means that many of those who are affected by this tend o be affected in that they end up getting a low self esteem. To prevent this, various medical elites have come up with various theories as to why hair loss incidents are becoming more and more rampant in both sexes hence coming up with the remedy. Most of them have come to the conclusion that hair loss is more of hereditary effect. This is partly true; inheritance of traits is not the only reason behind the loss of hair. In some cases, it is due to nutrition al deficiency. Lack of some basic nutrients in one’s diet might led to the thinning of hair which in the end might even lead to the loss of hair. In that case, it is only wise that one sticks to a balanced diet in order to maintain his or her original volume of hair. Below are some diet tips that have been proved to be highly effective especially in cases where one tend to loss hair due to deficiency reasons.

First and foremost, one of the main nutrients when it comes to growth of hair is protein. In that case, a diet that is low in proteins might be one of the factors that leave one highly susceptible to hair loss. Therefore, tip number one is that you should make sure that your diet always has a reasonable amount of protein. All in all, too much of anything is poisonous and the same applies to this case.

On the other hand, whereas one requires protein in plenty, there are some food components that one requires to reduce. These include fats and sodium. If one takes any of these elements or even both of them excessively, then there is a high probability that this might lead to sudden hair loss. The biological explanation behind this is that these two elements tend to increase the acidity of the blood hence scotching the hair follicles. Alternatively, a lot of fat increases the testosterone levels in the body which in turn results in baldness. This mainly applies to males.

Despite the fact that general fats are not recommended in your diet, there are particular kinds of fats that help in the growth of hair. These are the mono-saturated kind of fats. In other words, these are the kind of fats that are found in foodstuffs such as virgin olive oil or even nuts. These fats help in the general growth of hair since they help revitalize follicles. As a result, the follicles tend to produce more hair. In that case, another factor to consider when coming up with a diet to curb hair loss is the amount of nuts one takes. Last but not least, ones lifestyle plays a major role in the growth of hair and specifically the amount of fun one has. This mainly refers to the amount of alcohol one takes. Too much alcohol also predisposes one to hair loss. In that case, limit your alcohol intake.
